We start with a 45–60 minute discovery call. We’ll discuss your audience, the problems you solve, where prospects currently get stuck, and how this video will be used—homepage hero, campaign landing page, outbound support, or all of the above. We’ll also review any existing brand guidelines or messaging frameworks so the video fits the story you’re already telling, rather than rewriting it from scratch.

Step 2: Plan
Align on the outline before we ever hit record
After the discovery call, Notam creates a one-page plan: a working title, key messages, simple shot list, and interview prompts. This isn’t a rigid script; it’s a shared map so no one walks into production cold. You get a chance to review the outline, flag any gaps, and make sure we’re describing your product and brand in the right way.

Step 3: Shoot
Capture the story without derailing your day
On shoot day, we handle setup, direction, and pacing. A typical session runs 3–6 hours, depending on your package. We film interviews with selected spokespeople and capture b-roll of your space, product, and customer interactions. The goal is to get enough coverage to tell a strong story while keeping your team focused on their real work.

Step 4: Edit & Deliver
Refine, finalize, and put the video to work
Within roughly 7–14 days, you receive a first cut of your main video, along with any included social cutdowns. You share one consolidated round of feedback, and we refine pacing, graphics, and messaging details. Once approved, we deliver web-ready and social-ready files, plus simple guidance on where and how to use them.
